This page describes the management methods of the website with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it, pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).

Data voluntarily provided by the user The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of email to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary in order to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

2. Purposes of processing
The browsing / usage data described in point 1 above are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the website.
The personal data voluntarily provided by users who consult the website will be processed for the following purposes:

3. Legal bases for processing

Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide the personal data requested by the various website services. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.

Privacy legislation (Articles 7-10 of the Privacy Code and Articles 12-22 of EU Regulation 679/2016) guarantees data subjects the right to be informed about the processing of data concerning them and the right to access such data at any time and to request their updating, supplementation and rectification. Where the conditions provided for by law are met, the data subject may also exercise the right to erasure of data, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.
Where the processing of personal data is based on the data subject's consent, the latter has the right to withdraw the consent given.

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by informing Users on this page. Users are therefore requested to consult this page often, taking as reference the date of last modification indicated at the bottom. In the event of non-acceptance of the changes made to this privacy policy, the User may request that the Data Controller remove his or her personal data.
